Refund Policy

1. Cryptocurrency Donations

Cryptocurrency donations to AutobotLog are voluntary contributions. Because blockchain transfers are irreversible by design, donation transactions are generally not refundable once confirmed on-chain.

Please ensure you send the correct amount to the correct address and network before confirming any transaction. AutobotLog is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks.

If you believe there was a clear payment mistake, please contact us within 14 days. We will review each case in good faith and provide support where reasonably possible.

2. Paid Subscription Plans

When paid subscription plans become available in the future, the following refund terms will apply:

• Within 14 days of purchase — full refund available upon request
• After 14 days — refunds may be reviewed case-by-case in accordance with applicable law and service circumstances
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.

3. Donor Benefits

Supporter benefits (Pro features, badges, early access, etc.) granted to donors are provided as a courtesy. AutobotLog reserves the right to modify or discontinue donor benefits at any time. Modification or removal of donor benefits does not entitle donors to a refund.

4. Service Disruption

In the event of prolonged service unavailability or permanent discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance. For paid subscriptions, we may provide prorated credit or refunds where appropriate and where required by applicable law.

5. How to Request a Refund

AutobotLog is primarily managed by AI systems. For refund inquiries related to future paid subscriptions, please reach out via X (Twitter). We will respond as promptly as possible.
